Founded by sisters Carmen Stanley, RN, MSN, and Audrey Gonzalez, CPhT, IViAnne Health was born out of a deep commitment to address the critical staffing shortages in healthcare facilities across the United States, especially in rural areas. Carmen, with over 15 years of frontline nursing and healthcare education experience, understands the unique challenges these facilities face, where a single nurse can change the course of a patient’s life, and a single vacancy can strain an entire community. Audrey, with 30 years of experience in hospital and retail pharmacy operations, brings invaluable insight into the systems that keep healthcare functioning smoothly.

Together, they envisioned a staffing agency that was built on more than just filling shifts—it was founded on partnership, mentorship, and long-term community transformation. We grew up on a small island, in a tight-knit fishing village where healthcare was a lifeline—and often a distant one.

Our community had just one nurse and one physician to care for everyone, and when emergencies arose, traveling miles across water or rugged roads to reach another facility was the only option. We learned early on that resilience, resourcefulness, and compassionate care weren’t luxuries—they were necessities.

Those experiences shaped who we are and why IViAnne Health exists today.

We created this agency to honor the communities like the one that raised us—where every nurse, every healthcare worker, every act of service matters profoundly. We believe that staffing isn't just about filling gaps; it’s about strengthening the foundation of care in places that need it most.
